A Little About Me
I care about how a home feels.

There are a lot of different pieces to my life, and somehow, real estate brings a lot of them together.
I'm a mom, a wife, a REALTOR®, a farmer and someone who has spent a lot of time around builders and trades. I love beautiful homes, but I also care a lot about what’s behind the pretty finishes. How was it built? Does the layout actually make sense? Will it work for your family and the way you live?
To me, finding the right home is about so much more than bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. It's about finding a place where you can actually picture your life happening.
I work with buyers, sellers and builders throughout Niagara, from Grimsby, Beamsville and Vineland to Smithville and Wainfleet, with a special love for new construction, country properties, first-time buyers, and helping people navigate the process of building a home from the ground up.
Because of my close connection to the construction industry, I work alongside custom home builders and trades and have had the opportunity to see a side of real estate that most people don't get to see every day. That experience has become a huge part of how I serve my clients, especially when it comes to land, new construction and custom homes.
Functionality is the foundation.
As a mom, functionality is a big deal to me.
I notice the mudroom. I notice where you're going to dump the backpacks and boots. I notice whether the kitchen actually works when everyone is home, whether there is enough storage, and whether a layout is going to make everyday life easier or drive you crazy six months from now.
I also know that what makes a home "work" looks different for every family. Sometimes that means space for kids to run around, a big garage, a quieter country property, fewer stairs, room to age in place, or a home that can better accommodate physical or developmental needs.
Pretty matters. But how your home works for your actual life matters even more.
Before real estate, I worked in healthcare with a background in occupational therapy. Part of my job was going into clients' homes and looking at how their space could be adapted to make everyday life safer and easier, whether they were recovering from an injury, living with a disability, or simply getting older.
That experience has definitely followed me into real estate. When I'm walking through a home with someone who is downsizing, planning for retirement, or looking for a home that can meet specific accessibility needs, I tend to notice things other people might not. Things like stairs, doorway widths, bathroom layouts, entrances, main-floor living, and how easily a home could be adapted down the road.
Sometimes finding the right home isn't just about where you want to live now. It's about finding a home that can continue to work for you as life changes.

I want my business to do some good too
Niagara is home for our family, and we've been on the receiving end of some pretty incredible
support from people and organizations in our community.
That's something I don't take lightly.
One of my long-term goals for my real estate business is to be able to give back in a meaningful way, particularly to organizations that support children, adults and families with disabilities and exceptionalities.
There are families navigating things behind closed doors that most people will never see. There are also adults with disabilities who deserve opportunities, community, support and as much independence as possible.
If I can build a business that serves my clients well while also giving something back to the community that has given so much to our family, that's the kind of business I want to build.
So, what does this all have to do with real estate?
Quite a bit, actually.
Real estate isn't just about selling houses for me. I want to be someone you can trust when you're making a really big decision.
Maybe you're buying your first home. Maybe you're selling the house you've raised your family in. Maybe you're dreaming about an acre in the country, trying to figure out if you can build on a piece of land, or staring at a set of house plans wondering where on earth you're supposed to start.
That's where I come in.
I'll help you ask the right questions, understand your options, connect with the right people, and navigate the process from beginning to end.
And hopefully we'll have a little fun while we're at it.
