Bell Meadows Construction Update: Progress Is Underway in Wainfleet
There’s lots happening at Bell Meadows, and it’s exciting to see this new community taking shape!
The road is now fully paved, secondary hydro has been installed, the hydro vault is in place, and engineering for the fire cistern has been completed. These may not be the most glamorous parts of building a new neighbourhood, but they are important milestones that bring Bell Meadows one step closer to welcoming its first new homeowners.
As the Realtor for Bell Meadows, I’m excited to help buyers get involved early, while there is still an opportunity to choose a lot, select a home design, and make the home their own.
And if you’re thinking about making a move next year, now is a great time to start the conversation. We could have a brand-new home built for you at Bell Meadows by the end of summer 2027!
Bell Meadows offers spacious lots, beautiful new homes and the quieter, country lifestyle Wainfleet is known for, while still keeping you connected to the rest of Niagara.
