Bell Meadows: Country Living, Built to Belong

There is something special about having space around you. A bigger backyard. Room for a garden. A place for the kids to run, the dog to roam, or simply a quiet spot to sit outside at the end of the day.

That is the vision behind Bell Meadows, a limited collection of just 10 one-acre estate lots in Wainfleet, Ontario, with new homes by Everlast Homes.

And with construction underway, this little community is starting to take shape.

An Acre Changes What a Home Can Be

One of the things I love most about Bell Meadows is that it can make sense for people at very different stages of life.

For a growing family, an acre means room for kids and pets to actually run. It could mean a vegetable garden, a playset, a workshop, space to entertain, or simply a backyard that feels like a backyard.

For someone looking ahead to retirement or thinking about downsizing, it offers something different. You can build a new home around the way you want to live now, without giving up the privacy, gardens and green space you may be used to.

It is country living without feeling completely disconnected.

A Small Community in Rural Wainfleet

Bell Meadows isn't designed to feel like a large subdivision.

With only 10 estate lots, the community is tucked into the countryside off Bell Road and surrounded by the farms, open land and quiet roads that give Wainfleet its character.

The homes are intended to feel traditional and timeless, with classic rooflines and inviting porches that suit the surrounding countryside.

It is the kind of setting where you can have room for a garden, enjoy evenings outside, head out for a day of boating or fishing, or take a drive to the Lake Erie shoreline.

For me, that is a big part of what makes Wainfleet special. You get the rural lifestyle and a genuine sense of space, while still being part of Niagara.

New Homes by Everlast Homes

The homes at Bell Meadows are being built by Everlast Homes, a local Niagara builder.

There are several home designs and sizes available, including bungalow and two-storey options, but there is also an opportunity to have conversations about what works best for your family, lifestyle and lot.

That could mean planning for main-floor living, creating space for a growing family, incorporating a larger garage or workshop, or simply choosing finishes that make the home feel like yours.

And because these are approximately one-acre lots, you have much more room to think about the property as a whole, not just the house itself.

Founding Buyer Offer: $20,000 Builder Credit

There is also a special incentive available for the first purchasers at Bell Meadows.

The first three Bell Meadows lots sold will each receive a $20,000 builder credit from Everlast Homes.

That is a meaningful amount to put toward selections or upgrades when designing a new home.

Is Bell Meadows Right for You?

Bell Meadows may be worth exploring if you've been looking for a little more breathing room without wanting to leave Niagara behind.

It could be a family wanting space to grow. It could be someone leaving a larger, older rural property but not ready to give up country living. Or it could simply be someone who has always pictured themselves with an acre of their own.

With only 10 lots in the entire community, Bell Meadows will remain intentionally small.

If you're curious, you don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. I would be happy to walk you through the site plan, available lots, home options, pricing and building process and help you determine whether Bell Meadows makes sense for you.
