Finally listed! Gavora Creek Landing
This morning I had such a fun time bringing my puppy along to Gavora Creek Landing for our listing shoot!
I’ve actually been working behind the scenes on this project for the past couple of months, and I’m so excited to finally start sharing it with you.
There has been a lot happening before these homes ever hit MLS. I’ve been meeting with the sellers to understand their vision for the neighbourhood, discussing branding and marketing, and working closely with the builders and support team on everything from client flow and trades to suppliers, standard features and Tarion warranty information.
And the work isn’t done yet!
I’m currently working on a Standard Features Guide as well as Custom Home Buying Guides so buyers can have something physical in their hands that explains the building process, what to expect and all the exciting decisions that come with building a new home.
